An 8-week collaborative game development project involving a team of 20 programmers, designers, and artists, taking a small open-world game from pre-production to release.
Play as a stray fox navigating the ruins of a post-apocalyptic Paris. Explore the abandoned city, uncover its surroundings, and evade the dangerous wolves that roam its streets.
My responsibilities included creating a library of 15+ procedural materials using Substance Designer, alongside modeling and texturing environmental props such as storefronts, window awnings, and signage. I also contributed to the world-building through environmental set dressing, helping bring the atmosphere of the abandoned city to life.
I created a set of procedural brushstroke generators in Substance Designer to define a unified painterly style across all project textures, giving each material a shared visual identity.
